About Louise

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist working with individuals who are navigating life's more difficult passages — whether that is anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or a quieter sense that something simply feels off.

My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's own pace and way of making meaning. Before training as a therapist, I spent over a decade as a yoga and sound meditation teacher. That background continues to inform my work: I am interested not only in what we think and feel, but in how those experiences live in the body.

I offer one-to-one therapy in East Dulwich and online, and welcome clients from East Dulwich, Dulwich, Forest Hill, Herne Hill, Peckham, and the wider South London area.

How I work

Integrative psychotherapy draws on a range of established therapeutic approaches, tailoring the work to what each individual actually needs rather than fitting a person to a fixed method.

Relational

The relationship between therapist and client is itself part of the healing. I aim to offer a consistent, non-judgemental presence where honest exploration feels safe.

Holistic

Thoughts, feelings, memories, and bodily experience are all woven together. My background in yoga and somatic awareness shapes a practice that holds the whole person.

At your pace

There is no agenda to get through. We move at a pace that feels right for you — some sessions may go deep, others may focus on steadying.

I work with adults on a wide range of difficulties. Some common areas include:
